Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Wandering Moose Photography. We take great care in creating and packaging our products. Please review our refund policy below before making your purchase.

Digital Downloads

All Digital Downloads (including files, images, templates, e-books, audio, and video) are non-refundable once the download link or access has been provided.
By purchasing a Digital Download, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for the purposes stated on the product page. Resale or redistribution of original files is not permitted.

If you have not received your Digital Download after payment, please contact us at WanderingMoose.Photography@yahoo.com with your order number so we can verify delivery.

Custom Clothing

All custom clothing items are made to order and therefore non-refundable.
If your clothing item arrives damaged during shipping, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and the original packaging

  • The shipping or tracking number

Once received, we will assess your claim. If shipping damage is proven, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Calendars & Books

Calendars and books are non-refundable once delivered.
If your item was damaged in transit, report the issue within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
If shipping damage is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Damage Claim Requirements

To submit a damage claim:

  1. Email us at WanderingMoose.Photography@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and your shipping/tracking number.

  3. Keep the original packaging and damaged item available for inspection if requested.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

Returns & Exchanges

Except in cases of proven shipping damage, we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Digital Downloads

  • Custom Clothing

  • Calendars and Books

Order Cancellations

  • Digital Downloads cannot be cancelled once purchased.

  • Custom clothing orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not begun.
    After this time, orders are non-cancellable.

Refund Policy - the basics

Having said that, a Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy.
